Hopkins by shocking KO! Dominatingly fast, with awesome movement, he will be surpirisingly strong and Adamek wont lay a glove on him until after the fight is over and B-Hop gives him a concilation prize hug. I have a feeing Hopkins wants another division under his resume and this could be a way to test how the extra weight feels if he decides to go after Chagaev or someone like him for HeavyW crown.

Id love to see Hopkins taste the punches Banks tasted last week, but I know the chances of that are slim.

The Dawson fight showed that styles makes fights and that Chad was a 24 year old up and comer who technically did everything right in that fight and was fast and punched hard enough to keep Adamek honest. I don't think comparing Hopkins to Dawson is relevant. Dawson is a southpaw, a big light heavyweight, 6'3 ect and young. I don't think Hopkins brings that. While he maybe smarter than Dawson, he is 44, orthodox and i don't think his stamina will hold up especially at cruiser weight. Pavlik wasn't a counter puncher, he wasn't as fast as Adamek, he was coming up from middleweight and he was in a sense one dimensional. Adamek can box, hes bigger than Hopkins, can counter and fights well on the inside. Adamek will press Hopkins and force him to fight, and if all he does is hold and throw one punch at a time, then he will lose those rounds because Adamek will be working. I was watching Dawson/Adamek the other day, and when Adamek landed one punch, Dawson would hit him with a 7 punch combination and then step to the side. Hopkins will be throwing one punch and holding to reserve energy while Adamek will stepping to him and letting his hands go.

If he really let the Pavlik win get over his head, then hes in for a rude awakening. This is a different kind of a monster.

I think maybe he meant that Calzaghe has that freakish stamina similar to the great 15 round fighters, and also the fact that he can throw a hundred or more punches a round, which for a big guy, is really amazingly impressive.

Your post is littered with inaccuracies, blatant lies to say the least.

I was not making any attempt at comparing the styles of Bhop and Dawson that’s not what i meant at all, i know styles make fights i was trying to point out that Adamek had been dominated by Dawson, I think this would be a close fight to call.
