Hatton is obviously big as of now because he is fat.

Height isnt what he means by being "bigger." Im 180lbs and am six feet tall. I could put on the weight and fight Mike Tyson. I would be taller and could weigh the same. But Mike would still be "bigger" then me because he is at his natural weight. He would be naturally stronger then me regardless of how much I weighed. Ricky (although he may lose) will be the stronger man. He will be able to muscle Pac around if he can get to him.

Oh man... when are people gonna stop posting this? Pac's KO's were 10 and 13 years ago. The body shot KO was not surprising, he failed to make weight (and was stripped of his title). People go on about Oscar being drained and take away credit from Pac, yet these same people fail to do the same when Pac was drained and knocked out.

The big difference between Pac and Oscar's weight drain issue is that for Oscar, he had more time to prepare and lose weight even before the weigh in.

In Pac's case, he did not make weight on the day of the weigh in. He had to
"CUT" weight for him to be able to fight.

Losing weight and cutting weight seems similar but it's effect on the body is faaaaaaaaar to different.


But then...who wins the Pacquiao-Hatton fight?

Hatton will be the biggest and strongest fighter Pac has ever faced. We will see if that's enough to overcome som skill disadvantages. I think Hatton will win a close decision, but it's hard to say until I see them in the ring. I want to see if Pac can keep Ricky from closing the ring off (nobody has of yet) and if Pac is physically strong enough to handle Ricky inside. PBF and Collazo were the only fighter's Ricky faced that were just as strong as him so he was unable to muscle either of them around.

Hatton just packs on fat easier because of his bad genetics/unhealthy lifestyle while Pacquiao walks around close to his fighting weight. When both are in peak condition they will be close enough in size to where it wont make a big difference.

Hatton just walks around at a higher weight (180lbs) compared to Pacquiao (160lbs) due to little discipline outside of the ring hence why he thinks he is 'bigger'.
