Do you find Juan Diaz to talk more ******?

I always (in the two fights i've seen of his) thought he sounded pretty articulate and intelligent actually. He just has a bit of a Texas/hispanic accent.

Do you find Juan Diaz to talk more ****** than other more ****** fighters out there? I mean the guy is supposed to have like a 3.3 gpa in college and plans to go to law school but you would assume he could speak more intelligently? I just find him to talk a bit more ****** than expected?

I was thinking the same thing. That education don't matter. I know people with their BA's and speak ******. Sometimes it's just the way people are raised, or their surroundings I guess.

Look at Kobe Bryant, he speaks very well and he doesn't have a College education.

1) The guy went to University of Houston-Downtown, What is that? A third-tier school? Fourth-tier? All props to him for getting a degree with a B avg (3.0, btw). But let's not expect him to be a rocket scientist.

2) He actually doesn't talk that ****** to me. Just a regional accent.

3) Ever heard some of the football or hoop players who spent 4 years at a major university? I've often wondered the same thing.

thats just his houston accent. majority of people from houston talk like. Each part of texas has certain accents to the point if you've been here long enough you can easily tell what part of texas someone is from within a few minutes of talking to him. I can tell someone is from h-town just by hearing them talk just like I can spot east texas, san antonio, Dallas, central texas etc.
