The lowest I would put him in is # 3 amongst those, below Whitaker and Pep.

But I give him # 1.

I got him second behind Sweet Pea.

Sweet Pea was the only fighter who's defense was as effective going forward as backwards. Floyd's defense is excellent, but its almost too second nature - Whitaker's was the best blend of instinct, improv, and technique ever.
