Cotto beat Mosley.....which brings me back to when i said its hard to sort it out with all the triangle theories. There is no clear number 1 Welter, because their all taking turns beating each other. pretty much the top 3 in my opinion can be anything from Cotto being number 1, to Mosley being number 1, to even Paul Williams being number 1.

I feel Cotto is the most skilled of the bunch so he's my number 1.
