I know the whole plaster thing has given cotto fans the reason they needed to place cotto above Marg, but in the end marg still destoryed cotto w/out any proof of cheating and all cotto has done in the meantime is destroy jennings (not a bad comeback fight). Marg also beat Clottey and lets be honest berto aint even on Margs level.
If Pwillams comes back to 147 he is def #2.
Lastly if Floyd comes back he beats all of these guys.
