plaster man can't make MY list.....sorry!
P.Will has left the block, with 3 straight fights at higher weights, I think we can leave him outta the 147 frame for now.

      Paul Williams-no more to say!!
Shane Mosley-because of the Margarito distruction!!
Joshua Clottey-"more than meets the eye"
Cotto-losing to Margarito dropped the rank, but there is now room to argue!!
Collazo-because Berto got an HBO gift in that fight!!

This has nothing to do with hate. Don't you all see that? Just cuz I got Cotto at #4 you all get your feelings hurt. Tony beat him, pretty badly. You cannot put Cotto above him in a ranking just because he beat Jennings. Therefore, he is ranked just below Tony at best. That's the only logical choice.

Yes Cotto beat Shane, but barely. Many thought Shane pulled it off. But then he got TKO'd pretty bad by Antonio, then Shane busts up Tony. Boxing rankings are about "what have you done lately". That's why I put Cotto where I put him. But I'll tell you what, If he fights Clottey and beats him more convincingly than Tony did, then he jumps over Tony in the rankings IMO and can take over the division with another win over Mosley.

                1. Mosley
                2. Cotto
                3. Clottey
                4. Margarito
                5. Berto

I would put Paul Williams in there but he has made it clear he doesn't want to fight at Welterweight no more.

Mosley obviously first after his stunning victory over Margarito to win the Welterweight title.

Cotto second due to his skill level (not just for beating Jennings) and also the Margarito loss is somewhat questionable and maybe controversial... regardless of having proof or not.

Margarito would have been second or third but I have put him fourth due to the hand wrap situation, non of us know what fights he used them in (reason dictates for why Clottey is third).

Berto is fifth... though it could be a variety of fighters there but Berto is the title holder and has potential, though he still has flaws that he needs to work on as do all fighters.

I would like to see Cotto fight Clottey or Mosley again next, they are probably the best fights out there in the welterweight division at the moment... Berto isn't ready for him yet.
