Rubio should have gone out like a warrior guns blazing. I liked his work in the 7th round I think it was when he unloaded on Pavlik.

I think Diaz is too good for a wide loss. It JMM gets that done I'll be extremely surprised and even more impressed.

Yeah, Diaz has the style to pull the victory off and completely ruin my weekend.

So to counter that, I do what I always do when a fight is close and I'm a bit antsy about my guy's chances : Act as if it's a complete mismatch and talk a boat load of smack.

At the end of my stream, when replaying Pavlik's connects, one of the Commentators goes.......

"And here we see Kelly Pavlik, displaying a series of punches.......right there, jab, jab right hand....."

I almost pissed myself.

Yeah, that's what's so strange about it. Pavlik is an excellent finisher. But it's like until he gets you hurt, he's forever stuck on the 1-2. He did throw some pretty good left hooks tonight, though I would've liked to have seen more.
