        The fight would not be the white wash many people think, but id still expect Jones to win and id make it a 65/35 in favour of Jones.

        The fight you saw between Jones and Calzaghe is very a different fight to the one Joe would of had to of fought against Jones in his prime.

          Agreed. i think Jones would win a tight decision against Joe prime for prime. would be some tough rounds.

            Yes

            Jones had fights where the rounds were tight with lesser Southpaw fighters than Calzaghe. Calzaghe would of probably have gotten outspeeded, but it is definitely not a foregone conclusion.

              I pretty much agree with all of that... nonetheless they are both great fighters (in there primes).

                    They were both old. Jones had the power to make fights with Calzaghe and DM in all of their primes but chose to fight what most would call "nobodies."

                    Both fighters were better 5-10 years ago and Jones would be more competitive then but still get outworked IMO. Joe proved he could handle Jones's power so a KO was unlikely for Jones.
