From what I've seen, the Cubans definitely have the talent. But to say they would top the U.S, Mexico, and Puerto Rico? That's quite a bold statement. The U.S, Mexico, and Puerto Rico have a long track record of producing some of (if not the) best fighters in the world, throughout the history of the sport. -

How does Mexico get topped by the Philippines? Aside from Pacquiao beating Morales, Barrera, and Marquez I mean.
Mexico has Salvador Sanchez, Julio Cesar Chavez, Carlos Zarate, Ricardo Lopez, Marco Antonio Barrera, Erik Morales, Ruben Olivares, etc, etc, etc....
