You can't even compare them. Crazy how the ring and dan rafael had marquez winning but the dumbasses have manny as the number 1 fighter in the world. Dan has jmm 3 and the ring below manny hahaha..Comment

This is what's great about the Ring....they always respect the judges decision. The guy who scored the Pac-Marquez fight was just one man who was the official representative of the Ring. Remember when Hopkins got mad at the Ring when they took away his Ring Belt to give it to Taylor. I believe they scored it for Hopkins but they respected the judges decision and had to drop Hopkins down a few notches out of the P4P list. (He was number 1)Comment

I just finished reading the original article in its entirety....with all due respect to Pacquiao, there are similarities about their careers and accomplishment BUT Armstrong is still WAY ahead in ATG rankings even if he KTFO Cotto and Mayweather and its not even close....Comment

that alone should put these damn comparisons away. By the way he didn't beat jmm as wellI feel sick when people compare Armstrong to Pacman. Lets really get into Pacman so called Armstrong like run.
Wins ring title at 130 against JMM. Did he even really win the fight when even Ring Magazine scored it for 114-113Marquez
He does not even deserve to hold the ring title at all.
Then he goes on to beat Diaz the weakest titlist at LW. A bum pretty much and finally beats Oscar a guy who had not fought at 147 since 2001 and was not ranked in top 10 nor had a belt.
In 1940, Armstrong challenged Ceferino Garcia for the World Middleweight Title. Garcia retained the title with a draw, but most at ringside felt that Armstrong had won. A victory would have given Armstrong a fourth divisional title at a time when there were only eight weight divisions.
If it was today Armstrong would held belt at 130 135,140,147,154 and 160Comment

Pacquiao beat Marquez twice with judges mistake on the 1st fight, Pac should be the undisputed champ at 126. He still beat Marquez at 130 by close decision. Otherwise you're a hater or a Mexican chump.Comment
