I think they are somewhat similar but Martinez uses straight punches and speed along with distance while Joe used speed and pressure. Martinez is a finesse boxer while Calzaghe is high intensity pressure. Both have great stamina, speed, and reflexes though and they also make great adjustments in the ring.
