were you fighting on his team? We had amatuer bouts at the palace where it was team michigan vs team ray leonard. Were you with him back then?..........Rockin'

Im from NY. But Ray (since we're on a first name basis) treated me fairly, completely gave me my champions worth. I cant say that for every other promoter. Most robbed me, forced me into fights I wasnt ready for, offering me contracts that they already pocketed hundereds on beforehand, and still want their percentege afterwards.

Lou Dibella to me, was always fair also. I know there is some fighters that will disagree with that, but for the most part, Lou gave me my champions worth while promoting me.

Some of the absolute worse are Don King, Artie Pelullo, Cedric Kushner. Just flat out terrible. And I never worked with Artie, but his name in the industry is not one I wanted to be affiliated with.

My bad, I didnt see that part before replying.

Its seems though that promoting your own show would constitute a conflict of interest. Didnt Delahoya promote his own show against Hopkins?.............Rockin'
