No, it's an old Chinese or Japanese proverb which suggests to always push yourself a step further and give your all, which pretty much sums up the mental attitude needed to be able to compete successfully in boxing, therefore, is not out of place on a boxing forum such as this one.

It doesn't belong to anyone, and it's not "my motto".
