Angulo would get charged with man slaughter after that lol..

But I want to see him there with any of those names at 154, not right away but soon.

Nah..Angulo is a solid fighter..he's on his way to a decent career..he's got power and a solid chin..his swings aren't so wild..he picks his punches nicely..and works the body precisely..

Angulo is only in like his 15th fight...I wanna see how he does wit the better quality opponent..Mayorga would have been good..I'm hoping to see him in there wit Kirkland pretty soon too..that'd be sick!..

overall..I don't think he's being hyped as anything he isn't..he's exactly what they say he is..a strong determinded focused young man..if he remains focused he can score big fights!..

Angulo needs some more experience but i do think hes ahead of Kirkland, Vanes, and Chavez jr.
Kinda like how Mosley was brought in for Margarito.

the criticism i have of angulo is that a good stick and move fighter would beat him. a fighter that uses a jab and doesn't get caught in exchanges with him could out point angulo in a wide unanimous decision.
i think all angulo really lacks is slickness. he has the power, the chin, the work rate, he's always in shape, he uses his jab, doubles up the left hook, is a patient fighter who places shots very well, and has a solid body attack. he just doesn't use any angles or move his head, so he's easily hit, especially from a fighter that would move in and out and use angles. he's a pressure fighter but his head is always stationary.
give him some slickness and he's a complete package................
