Who here thinks Angulo is way overhyped?

Angulo is no Margarito, he is one dimensional and I suspect when he is put in with some class we will see this, but his trainers should continue to bring him along slowly introducing him to different styles and gettting him a lot of experience before truly stepping him up. I think it was a blessing in disguise that he wasnt put on against Mayorga too early. He is lucky thought to have a division that has thus far not much depth.

No margarito? He's already faster,better boxer and even tough he don't have defense it's already better then tony's. All tony has is stamina and use to have a great chin...I think angulo deserves the props. Everyone say's the same he can fight anyone but a boxer he would have trouble with. So wheres the overhype in that

Its hard to say but I really think Mayorga had a legit injury. Its not that hard to believe really. Im surprised he hasnt had more.

I doubt anyone that fights toe to toe, with Forrest, Trinidad, DLH, Vargas and Mosley is scared of Angulo.

Nah, Vargas had kneck injuries and weight problems. I don't see Angulo or anyone gettin the injuries Vargas had and I definitely dont see Angulo losing discipline.

But for what Angulo is, he can get the job done at 154. I don't think he's as slow as some make him out to be, lol I think thats obvious. He has some short fast and hard shots when he lets his hands rip, and I don't think anyone at 154 would ever be a blow out favorite against him. He gives em all a fight that he can win.

I hope he can. If one of his fights were to be on PPV right now, I would buy it in a heartbeat. That's how much I like seeing him fight.

True, But he was a big name in main events in those fights. With the Angulo fight he was just gonna be a stepping stone. An old man that was gonna get knocked out.

Angulo needs some more experience but i do think hes ahead of Kirkland, Vanes, and Chavez jr.
