If Campbell wins there is no other fight that makes sense for those guy since everyone else will be busy in the LW tournament. Unless they plan to wait for that to clear up.

I'm sorry but are you dense? Campbell has already said he's moving to 140. When you don't make weight, you don't come back to the class you couldn't make weight in. Nobody ever does. Campbell is out of the mix, I'm sorry if you can't accept that. There will be no fight with Marquez-Diaz winner, I guarantee you that. Why would anyone at 135 ever take the risk of scheduling a fight with Campbell knowing he won't make weight?

I know he's moving to 140, that doesn't mean the winners of those fights will not move up to fight him or is that impossible in your mind? There would still be a lot to prove by any of them fighting him he was holder of 3 belts.

Man, you were upset as anybody when Castillo failed to make weight. Just because Nate is your boy doesn't mean you're allowed to let this one go. I'm willing to bet you were pissed as hell at Guzman too. You're supposed to be unbiased about this. Don't give Nate a pass just because he's your friend. There are supposed to be rules in this sport, and failing to make weight is never forgivable. Guzman was crucified on these forums as was Castillo and Corrales. It's Nate's turn.

Alot heavier? 3 and a half pounds? Huge advantage? Where you been?
It's pretty obvious that, for whatever reason, all you are lookin' to do is diminish Campbell. You're a disgruntled Guzman fan maybe?

why would the lightweight champion of the world move up to 140 to fight a guy with no belts who isn't even a contender there?

I don't like Guzman and actually used to like Campbell.

Maybe you're fairly new to boxing, but 3 pounds is the world on weigh in day.

Castillo couldn't drop Corrales until 10 rounds were through in their first fight but dominated and KO'd him in 4 in the rematch and that was about 3.5 pounds if I remember correctly. So yes it is a HUGE advantage.
