The answer is NO.

The reason is because there is no way to prove NOW that he used the same material in the fight with Cotto and their camp will never admitt to it to the public in a million years. Margarito's career is OVER with now, basically.

I for one think that he DID use the material but without sufficient evidence, he IS innocent until proven otherwise.
