Since the ring rankings I quoted are from 1 month before the hatton fight I fail to see how you can argue he wasn't and retain credibility.

Manny is the one who is suppose to be underestimated because he was never tested on 140 yet. Unless Manny kick Hatton's ass back to Britain, people has the right to belittle Manny and if that happens, Ricky should definitely shut the hell up abour his pound for pound dream fights for good.
