Duran was 29/30 when he fought Leonard he had been fighting at all diff weights and im sorry prime Duran was lightweight master Duran. Then when he fought Hearns and Hagler he was even further from his prime.
Hagler was past his peak when he fought Leonard, the Mugabi fight took alot out of him and even in that fight he wasnt peak. Although the Duran fight kind of laid the blue print as how to do it, This is what confirmed for Leonard that he could beat Hagler as he saw him missing punches and taking punches that he wouldn't normally in the Mugabi fight

I don't think you actually read my posts at all, where did i say Bernard Hopkins was shot ? read my post again i labeled Roy Jones as shot, not Bernard Hopkins. Secondly your saying i can't say Thomas Hearns would of won, then what the hell is the point of this conversation then ?
If neither you or i can try and prove are point to the best of are ability ? thats the whole point of discussing mythical match ups. I think i've made some good points overall, i don't think you've countered many of my points. You keep going off topic about other fighters, and your not concentrating on the main subject in hand.

Lets look at facts Calzaghe has been nailed by
Eubank,Mitchell,Kessler,Jones,Hopkins,Reid all by the right hands and none of those guys punch like Hearns.
Jones is not even a big puncher really he has a lot flashy Ko's, but thats it, its his speed accuracy that does damage. I mean Roy hit David Telesco with everything he had a could not hurt him.
Kessler's KO record speak for itself good, but not a huge puncher.
Eubank hit harder than his record suggest, but he is still not a big puncher.
Reid clearly not a big puncher
Hopkins threw the Kitchen sink at Segundo Mercado in both fights and when he did finally stop him in the second fight it was after wearing him down, after consistently hitting him over and over with power punches.
