Benn is outt his goddamn mind....He must be punch drunk, cuz all the great HOFers woulda whipped the **** out of CalSlappy, he has no power and was made ***in fool in the Hopkins fight, and everyone knows that **** was at least a draw....Hearns, Hagler and Leanard would've for sure beat and KO'd Slappy....Duran, if he was in shape woulda beat him too, although i think that fight would have been closer than the others.......

For ****'s sake don't bring up that undefeated crap again.The fact that Joe was never defeated doesn't make him invincible.Just because you lack the imagination to visualise a scenario to one that hasn't occurred in reality doesn't mean it can't plausibly occur.This is especially relevant considering the quality of competition he was facing for the large part of his career.

One more thing,I believe Lennox Lewis as brilliant as he was would have serious problems with a great heavyweight in his prime possessing a quality jab and counterpunching skills.

You're misreading Samurai's post. He didn't say he would have beaten them, and he didn't say he is invincible. He just say there's no way of knowing for sure that he couldn't have beaten them, and it's not a slam dunk in his opinion that he couldn't have. You seem to be so biased that you interpret anything that's not at one extreme as being at the other extreme, when they're not - you don't have any balance.

Anyways, I am not sure about Hearns, he probably would beat Leonard, but Hagler would destroy Calzaghe. Those pitter pat punches wouldn't do **** to Hagler and Calzaghe isn't a beast with his footwork like Leonard was. Hagler would put his down, and keep coming forward until Joe was dead. It wouldn't last 9 rounds.

To be fair he didn't say he thinks it's the be all and end all, he only says he deserves some respect. He doesn't give the impression in his posts of rating him as highly as you say he does. But Calzaghe is rated as one of the top 3 current fighters by almost all boxing experts. Not of all time, but of the current bunch. Which is far higher than the haters posting here give him credit for.
