Marquez is the best of Morales and Barrera...Marquez not only had better skills than both but has the rare ability to step up his game... Regardless of what Morales or Barrera has shown in the ring, I think Marquez is the gamest fighter of the bunch... Marquez don't accept defeat and thats what I admire about him... Barrera and Morales won their first world championships around age 21. Marquez won his in his midlate 20s. in other words, Barrera and Morales had been fighting world calibur fighters for 5-7 years before Marquez started fighting them.

hell, the first Morales-Barrera fight happened not too long after Marquez's first title shot. is it any surprise that they got worn out quicker than him?

on a side note, how crazy is it that they won their first titles at 21, even if they were only alphabet belts. most prospects are in their mid twenties.

I agree with you, people aren't mentioning the fact that no one wanted to fight Marquez, because of the HIGH risk low reward, hell Emmanuel Stewart told Hamed not to fight Marquez and fight Barrera (he said it in the Countdown to Marquez vs Barrera) instead cause he thought it would've been an easier fight, I think Marquez has the best skill set of the 3, prime vs prime, I think he will whoop Barrera's ass, but not so sure about Morales, because he was a BEAST, I would've loved to see them fight in their prime, but bad management on Marquez side cost him a lot of fights.

no bull**** rich, i think that was a close enough bout that an immediate return bout was warranted....JMM moves up to 130, gets a title shot right away...its too late now but i think MAB should have fought JMM before fighting PAC again....that's HOW you treat your first major superstar...give him a shot to get his title back...instead, they throw him in there against PAC and give him away to King...wacked
