this time SSM doctor viewed the wrap and made an allegation as well that there was a plaster like substance on them. The CSAC took them and gave them to the Cali Criminal Dept for testing. Margo and trainer are suspended until the hearing on Feb10th until the hearing at which the results will be given as well as punishment if in fact the wrapps were tainted with an illegal substance , that Mosley doctor said there was.. NONE OF THIS IS PROVEN..thats why they are TESTING THEM.. THE CSAC signed off the WRAPS W/NO PROBLEM.. so they are not the one's accusing Margo.. but becuase MOSLEY'S CAMP saw something on the wrap that looked su****ious, ALL THIS WAS BROUGHT ABOUT..

Tito proved to be "compassionate." He tried to make his knuckles a bit softer with the gauze. Margarito was a bit meaner with the plaster approach.
