Tito is better than Vargas. Tito had that punch. Vargas was just very good and very tough, but he wasn't special. I think he is a HOF IMO. Vargas's career was destroyed by Tito. I like Vargas but after he fought Tito he got dropped by the next three bums he fought. You could tell that he had concussion syndrome. He had never been down in his career but 5 times against Tito, and then dropped in every fight after. He wasn't the same after that fight. Now the Vargas that beat Ike Cortez would of beaten De La Hoya, and Shane. But never could of beaten Tito. If he would have rematched Tito he may have gotten killed.
