i give him respect cuz hes been doing it for a long time and he does teaches other refs, but he has screwed up many fights, its time for him to retire.

however, to be fair, he is one helluva fighter...IMO, the most gifted counter-puncher in this era...has tremendous heart and at 34, still posseses the hunger of an up and coming contender

in my opinion, yes


that retired fighter you speak of had great reflex and handspeed which allowed him to counter thru natural motion


with JMM, he didnt have as great a handspeed and reflex but what he did better was set-up counters...like perfectly placed traps where he allowed his opponent to open up knowing that he would land the cleaner blows in the exchange...that is a sign of a brilliant boxing mind at work
