The title of the thread seems as if you thought both of the guys quit, but I guess you'd like the get people to bicker about who quit more cowardly? LOL...who thinks about that?

Cotto got Ko'd by Margarito, Margarito got Ko'd by Mosley and was caught with illegal substance in the wraps now being looked as a cheater.

    But really...

Miguel Cotto quit, Antonio Margarito got technically knocked out. Both were embarrassing, but Antonio did not quit. I actually wish he took an knee after the first punch that rocked him, because then Mosley would not have hit him so many times flush after that. But his heart made him stand up until he physically couldn't.

Right because Cotto hadn't been hurt at all. He's just smart enough to know when he's done.

Especially when the towel was thrown in for Cotto and the Ref saved Margaritos life.

Neither quit in a "cowardly fashion" - the ref stopped the Mosley-Margarito fight, and the corner threw in the towel in Cotto-Margarito.

Both of these courageous ring warriors fought as best they could until the end.

How is the ref stopping the fight considered to be quitting for Margarito? Makes no sense. If he had quit on his stool then you'd have a case but he didn't, he went into the next round knowing that he was gonna be stopped. Say what you want about Marg, but he did not quit. If the ref had not stopped the fight Marg would have gotten up again and again until he couldn't anymore.

This is no slam to Cotto. Marg did not quit though.
