      Larry is Floyd's #1 groupie.
How the**** can Floyd who throws one punch at a time "dominate" or "beat up Badly" a defensive wizard like Pernell??
      That's extreme nuthugging.

Mayeather has more chance of beating Ray Leonard and Pryor than he does of beating Whitaker, because imo Whitaker's style is wrong for Mayweather.

Pernell whitiker was all flash and no substance. I cant count the number of times Ive seen him bob and weave when there werent even any punches being thrown. lol Ive also seen him jump right into a couple of punches..

Mayweathers defense may not be as exciting as whitakers but it is ten times more effective.

Mayweathers only real weakness as a fighter is his KO power and he even trumps Pernell in that category as well. May has 25 kos in 39 fights to Pernell's 17 KOs in 46 fights.

          Mayweather wins cleanly

Mayweather has had trouble with southpaws in the past
Mayweather is most open to good jabs more than any other punch
Mayweather has shown that he can be outworked to the body, and Whitaker was an outstanding body puncher.

me? Id have to say Whitaker. Imagine Zab Judah with a fantastic jab, amazing defensive ability and able to last all 12 rounds, able to throw 1000 punches over those 12 rounds if need be.
but dont get me wrong, this would by no means be an easy fight.

I would put money on Whitaker beating Floyd, if there is one man who i think WOULD beat him its Whitaker in his prime.
