cosign. not saying you can predict anything about the outcome of the fight from this, but its interesting to see the differing mindsets betw. the two.

fact is, manny seems a lot more committed than hatton. u get paid millions of dollars, in a bad economy to do what you do.....
    don't like your job? quit.

Worrying over the prospect of missing a few football matches isn't what he should be concerned about.

He has the rest of his life, once he retires to watch all the Manchester City games he wants.

Hatton will never become P4P king. No way.

I know, I was agreeing with that. But you're missing my point, which was that his attitude's wrong now, but Floyd Snr. will sort his attitude out no problem when they get together.

If you want to beat the P4P champ, it's going to take some serious sacrifice!
i agree but at the same time certain people need that balance in their lives in order to keep sanity and focus.... i know i'd rather have my fam and my girl around to keep me composed and grounded rather than not being able to be around them and spending time with em

We'll see, hopefully Floyd Sr can bring out the best in Hatton mentally as well as physically.

Being with his friends and family will do him good, it's no good thinking about them all the time whilst training, it defeats the object.

Besides, he's always done it, so screw your necks back in.

The mans got values, one of the biggest regrets in life for a man is not spending enough time with his wife and kids.
