Nicky Cook is a good win. He just dethroned Alex Arthur.

Hell, even Billy Dib has fought better competition than Concepcion up to this point.

This is Bernabe's first jump into the limelight with a grade A fighter.
      We'll see what he has.
There's a reason Cook and Arthur only fights bums in the UK, if powder-puff punching Luevano can knock Cook down a couple of times in Cook's own backyard, you have to seriously think about re-assessing the guy's ratings. He did beat Arthur (barely) but Arthur was already exposed by a bum before he fought Cook.

Billy Dib fought better competition?...well, if you say so.

Hyping another Mexican, I see... Luevano barely knocks his opponents out Mexican plastered-handwrap and all.

Luevano has been on many undercards lately and he looks good but I have a feeling he's due to get stopped and Concepcion could be the guy to do it. JAT

Name one grade a guy Concepcion has fought.
                      You can't.

The point is, he could be a match for Luevano, but Luevano has faced way better competition.

That is a fact, not an opinion.
