Why does Luevano always end up fighting on a PPV, i hate paying to watch him fight!

Good fight. But my man Mario Santiago deserves his rematch first.
This will be a very very tough fight for Concepcion. Luevano have great skills, good speed and experience. I got Luevano by SD, Concepcion will have his moments, but Luevanos speed and experience will carry the day!!!!!!!!
