Rojas was a late replacement though, right?

Yeah, which leads me to think that Barrera should have gotten him out of there and Rojas wasn't really offering up much resistance, he was also looking for a way out of there, which is why he headbutted Barrera IMO. And him being a late replacement doesn't really present an excuse for Barrera's shots being slow and wide.

I don't even know why they organixsed this fight when Barrera was already fighting. It was ******- an accident waiting to happen. And then to start selling tickets was even more ******. Anything can happen- it's boxing. I don't even know why Barrera needed this fight anyway. They should have just taken out the risk at the start, getting them wrapped in cotton wool to get Barrera and Khan in the ring. A complete joke.

If this fight goes ahead it will mean Barrera would have had a very short training camp with probably no sparring, 6 weeks is not long enough for a cut that requires stitches to properly heal. Look what happened in De La Hoya/Chavez 1 when Chavez didnt allow sufficient time for a cut sustained in sparring to heal. Barrera needs a full 6-8 week camp for Khan, if he comes in prepared its a no contest, but this fight should now not be taking place on March 14th

Khan was going to kill the old man anyway. MAB fans should be happy if he can't fight Khan because it would be ugly.

Khan has been shaken by nearly every feather fisted blown up featherweight he has faced on what evidence do you think he kills Barrera?

I thought they were ****** enough to let Barrera fight again, but they couldnt have been more ****** having to let him have a tuneup close to the big fight. They shouldve already told Rojas to avoid any accidents like this.

Im pretty much sure Richloc is crying right now

I havent seen the fight, but based on it being at welterweight. I can say Barrera was not in good shape at all.

Also i think the headbutt was intentional and planned before the fight.

I just watched the fight. I thought the opponent fought much better than a 1-7 fighter. I seen plenty of fighters with those records or worse who cant throw a punch properly.

Anyways it was a sparring match before the cut. Rojas was running backwards until the third round when he decided to exchange a bit, and that lead to that headbutt

                      Here's the incident itself:

It looks bad ish. Depends how serious a threat he thinks Khan as to whether he goes ahead with the fight, presumably without sparring. So that said, actually, yeah I think the fight's off. Sucks, already got my tickets and hotel booked.
