The ****tiest part is it wasn't even to like a kid whose just starting out or with a decent record, so they can't say the kid fought well against him because he has potential. It was to a dude just as old as he is with a record of 1-8-1 who can now say he did alright against one of the greats.

The old MAB would've mopped the floor with that guy in the first minute, I thought the risk wasn't worth the reward for Khan, but he's gonna kill Barrera if that's all MAB brings to the table anymore.

I'm pretty sure Warren was angling Barrera for Alex Arthur then changed his mind.

I'm sure Khan vs Arthur gets made fairly easily. No Problem, and Khan's 2nd stiffest career test.

Barrera did not look good at all in the fight, he would have blown someone like Rojas out of there 3 years ago, he lookds pudgy at 135 and was wearing his trunks high, his punches were slow and wide, after watching this fight, I think Khan beats him and beats him without too much difficulty if they do fight, Barrera isn't shot but he's way past his best, he has declined from the time of the second Pacquiao fight, it was a smart move from Warren to try and match Khan against Barrera.

Has anyone suffered a cut like Barrerra's before?

In their opinion how long would it take to heal?

It was a vertical cut above Barrera's left eye, it wasn't the worst cut I've ever seen but I doubt it'll heal quickly enough for Barrera to have a proper training camp for Khan.

I don't know what they're opinions were about the cut if they had any opinions at all, didn't understand what they were saying because the commentary was in Spanish.

For those saying Barrera looked like garbage, is it not possible he is just trying to get rounds under his belt? He looked bad in the Ventura fight when it was obvious all along he could have took Ventura out anytime he wanted, and then as soon as Barrera turned up the heat Ventura was outta there in the 4th.

I think he was doing the same thing here -- taking it easy, getting some rounds under his belt and pretty much treating it like sparring.

I honestly doubt it but it could be the case, his shots were still slow and wide though, there's really no excuse for that and really, how many good, quality rounds could he have gotten from Rojas? Rojas was a tomato can.
