He took the fight because he knows Green is a credible opponent, one that the networks in the U.S. are interested in and one who has been on top of the supper-middleweight rankings for years now and still hasn't lost at 168.
What? It's a confidence builder all day.Taylor took it cuz Green is a stablemate and wants easy fights till a big money fight comes up.And Green has neverbeat anybody at 168 either. He's only ranked cuz he is american.

Run. 1 jab. hold. break. look at feet.

Highlight of Green`s career is staring at his feet live on hbo after every clinch and nearly getting knocked out by Miranda

In a pretty good fight. It's also the same Green who knocked Codrington out in one round. The same Codrington that fought Bika in a FOTY type of fight. The same Bika that went all 12 with Calzaghe.

I love you, Bat. You know this. But why are you so against this fight?

No my comeback just simply shows that your post was ****** and doesn't warrent a legitimate response.

And you're not funny....you do realize that?

Pea, Green is a nobody with no wins over ranked opponents.

It's just that I'm so dissapointed in Taylor. As I've stated earlier Taylor holds the keys to this division. HE is the one who can pick and choose any fighter he wants. He could have chosen Froch, Kessler or Bute. And he elects to fight Green. It's a big letdown for me.

Initially he refused to fight Froch and fought Lacy instead. I could understand that. He needed a confidencebuilder following 2 straight losses. After that he said he was ready for a championship fight (if I remember correctly). Enter Green and I'm like
