Roy Jones at number 1 when got beat by Tarver, Tarver gained the number 10 spot.

In the November 2003 issue of The Ring magazine he was ranked 27, in the December 2004 issue he was ranked number 3 after 1 loss and 1 win against Roy.

That's a pretty big jump from 27 to 3 for a loss and a win against the P4P #1, Hatton at the moment is number 9 so a move up from 9 to 1 wouldn't be so bad considering Tarver moved up from 27 to 3.

But it will not happen he will probably be ranked 4 or 5

I think that its mainly Hatton who will be saying that he wants to be P4P number 1 by beating Pac (and in fairness Hatton has demonstrated that he's not as knowledgeable about the P4P status as many of us when claiming that Castillo was ranked higher on that list than him). I havent seen many Hatton fans claiming this.

2) Calzaghe
3) Pacquiao
4) Hopkins
