I’m currently re-watching Mayweather/Hatton fight again. Never realized for the first round Mayweather was kept landing solid left hook. Hatton just walked right into Floyd’s plan. Oh yea. I am also listening to the British commentary. They thought Floyd was hurt when he slipped.

Joe Cortez did a terrible job that night, even Roy Jones and Teddy Atlas said so afterwards, but Floyd would probably have won anyway.

Floyd's level of skill was too much for Hatton, although Ricky is a very good fighter too.

It would be interesting to see a rematch in England, though, with a referee helping Hatton the way Cortez helped Mayweather.
