I like Berto alot, his future is very bright, but like everyone else said, he is in no way ready for a killer like Cotto. Cotto will murder him inside of 6 rounds.

        Dude Relax!
I meant more safe than Cotto.
If he wasn't a great contender I wouldn't have even mentioned him, would I?

I like Quintana. He's a champ that came at the wrong time.

People are underrating Berto, I think he could have a chance. But I would still go with Cotto, judging how Collazo was able to hit Berto so much. Cotto is a big step up.

Why fight Luis again he already beat him. margin was slim some may talk that the fight might have went the other way but Collazo isnt too much fun to watch in my book I rather see Berto in fights like this than Collazo. maybe Collazo gets a shot against someone else if he is lucky. I mean Berto looks raw still but he wants a big fight Cotto can be hurt we haev all seen him get hurt in more then just the Tony fight. Berto throws hard shots and takes a pretty good punch should be a good fight....Lefty

I think Cotto would knock him out.

                Sounds about right.

He couldn't beat Collazo one of the few elite of the ww division who doesn't have a belt and he ran out of gas in the later rounds, what do you think Cotto is going to do to him who has faced more fighters of better caliber and experienced ones? I got Cotto by TKO 8.

Berto needs a defineing win after he lost to a better fighter ,but against Cotto he will not be able to depend on his speed alone as Cotto has respectable hand speed and whiskers. This should be comparable to the Malinaggi fight where Paulie had his moments ,but the punsihment will be dished out by Cotto. Cotto by brutal decision over Berto.
