They've suspended him already. Margarito is in about the same spot that Pacman Jones was in after the Make it Rain incident at the 2007 NBA All-Star game. Investigations take time to get a charge that will stick, but they probably already have enough to know that it doesn't look good for him.

Didnt Mosely use steroids for a fight

The ironies of life. Sad this happened to Margarito but he has to pay the price if this is true. But what about Moselys admitted steroid use and cover up to follow, i guess if you are likeable it doesnt matter. Not saying Margarito should get a get out of Jail free card but he didnt fight with those gloves on against Mosely and to say that Margarito has always used these wraps is the same as saying Mosely has always used steroids. I guess if you win the fight the Boxing commission will look away to avoid embarrassment and lawsuits from fighters. I bet Vargas is wondering why he got suspended and Mosely didnt and the answer is he didnt win the fight.

I agree with the people that are saying that this is taking too long. I mean, I understand that to prove he did something against other fighters or in other fights, is very hard and it will be a long ass process. But to determine what he have in his gloves saturday night, it should take 2 or 3 days as most. The should have already a determination for what happend in the Mosley fight. A hearing should be to determine, if they are going to suspend him or who they are going to suspend and for how long.

I think they will try to sweep this under the rug. I hope not!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is really getting serious. Atleast nobody can say that corruption tried to erase all of this/ I think the Commission is being fair and at the same time is not giving any leniancy. I am a huge Margarito fan and I love the guy for what he has done. However, if he is guilty, I would feel very disgraced and I would have to swallow my pride.
