Yea, it's about preparation. Cotto doesn't watch film. How do you get to this level and not watch film? Evangilista doesn't command enough respect from Cotto to actually learn from him even if Evangelista was that knowledgeable(which I don't think he is). He just doesn't prepare mentally the way he needs to, they as a team are more preoccupied with what THEY'RE going to do. It's really kind of arrogant if you think about it.

i remember watching cotto train (i forgot if it was on a countdown, or a special segment on Cotto on HBO) but cotto was basically training himself in the gym, while evangelista was just lookin at him from a distance - not really saying anything.

i remember thinking to myself, wtf?
