My thoughts as well. I've never heard the term "greaser" being used toward Mexicans in a discriminating way. I think that'd be "b-e-a-n-e-r".... like "knock last nights beans out of his ass" or some variation thereof.

I'm pretty sure he meant to knock the hell outta him. I am Mexican and know the familiar racial slurs..and didn't consider this insult. I have heard plenty of times someone say knock the grease off of him. which meant beat the dudes ass. "Greaser" is a racial slur used to label Mexican's. Not as "popular" as other slurs heard today, but can be derogatory nonetheless.

Greaser isn't a racial slur against Mexicans.. there where Greasers of all colors in the 50's. Anyone with some Murray's in their hair, levi jeans and white tees that listened to rock-a-billy was a Greaser. They where also known as Rebels.
