"Greaser" is a racial slur used to label Mexican's. Not as "popular" as other slurs heard today, but can be derogatory nonetheless.

In what context was Richardson using this term last Saturday?
I wouldnt take offense to that They call Italians greasy Guinnes...It would be the same as if someone said knock the black off him....I dont think it was racial at all....Lefty

I thought it was more racist when he said 'swim without getting wet'. clearly, he was calling Margarito a wet back.

doesnt Margarito grease up his hair anyway? or hair gel it or whatever.
Swin with out getting wet I loved that one. I think it meant jump in with combinations and get out before he can retaliate...Lefty

I think he was referring more or less to the vaseline or aka grease they put on his face. Naazin has alot of old school termanology . I dont think racial slurs were intended

.I know thats what they used to call poor white kids in the 50's who put hair oil in the hair. This punk just trying to start ****. I grew up in chicago, second largest Mexican population in U.S. next to L.A., and I have never heard Greasers used in reference to Mexicans.
