a neutral party, i thought i would never see one in this thread....as for the article, it helps that Keith Kizer spoke out on this situation and "cleared" Margarito. Cotto/Margarito was the biggest fight of '08, why wouldnt the NSAC be on top of their game? Still, this isnt official, so im not going to rejoice or anything like that.

At first I was thinkin' Cotto should skip the Margarito rematch, but maybe it would help to give an indication one way or another whether Marg's 1st victory was indeed legit.

If he was using a powery substance that hardens when it gets wet then it could be concealed by the tape and wraps. Even if it is pressed on and checked with out being unwrapped you probably wouldnt see it. It would explain why heis punches get harder as the fight goes on. his hands start to sweat and the powder gets wet and hardens around his knuckles and hands. If it is true hopefully for his sake and the sake of the sport of boxing it aint true.....Lefty

yeah no Clottey or Berto, they ain't ready yet, although they could fight each other.... Williams would be a good fight for mosley.. but not gonna happen.. Cotto, Mayweather maybe. Pacquiao is too small, so is Hatton, although that might be entertaining after the Pacquiao matchup.

If Margarito beats Cotto again ,the argument could be made that he did just have a bad night against Mosely at the same time that Mosely was having an exceptional one. If Cotto beats Margarito in the rematch, he still owns a "W" over Mosely...
