How do you know they cant invesitgate this? they can question the commision that was present, they can question COTTO's camp that was present, if they recorded it like they do sometimes when they show fighters getting taped before a fight they can kinda check the tape out for anything unusual, not saying they are filming the actual wrapping, but sometimes HBO is present for that.

Look first theres no way to prove it unless Margarito mans uo a tell the truth. Second, how the **** the CSAC dont have any results yet of their incident that was last saturday, and they cought Margarito in the act, but the NSAC, wich didnt even tought of Margarito was cheating have a real investigation with credible result!!!!!!!!!!
