  • There's not even one, active, British boxer in today's Top 10 P4P list...

So...according to the list of this very site....with Mosley jumping back into the mix....America now has FOUR in the Top 10......and it'll be FIVE when Mayweather comes back....Bernard Hopkins has not announced his retirement and is considered "active" for the record......

Now IF Calzaghe decides to ever fight again....which he probably won't....that would give you one again....but THEN again....he's more Italian/Welsh than "British"....The Italian Dragon (lol) will tell you that himself...he's "The Pride of Wales"....not "The Pride of Britain".....but we'll give you that one since he was born, raised, and based out of The U.K. and all....you definitely need the help...

So how does it feel to not even have one, active fighter in the Top 10 P4P today?

On top of that....how does it feel knowing that America has FOUR?

Does it make you lobsterbacked, crumpet sucking, bin dwellers feel sad or insecure?

Does it make you wanna start taking care of your teeth and stop being so bland and corny?

Perhaps it makes you want to give up the nationalistic bull**** and become a more than just a typical, Pro-British Boxing fan?...nahhh...scratch that...most don't have that in them...

However it makes you feel....The U.K. should really start looking into territorial expansion...you know...so you can have a larger talent pool....

because you and your little 4 country region are seriously Lacking when it comes to Boxing....

Joe aint retired he will be fighting in Cardiff one last time so he is on the list and IMO Hatton will beat Manny to enter the rankings high also If the Haye vs Wlad fight comes off i could see Haye winning which i feel would merit him a p4p ranking too

Calzaghe is at Number 2 P4P.

      Higher than ANY other American.

He also has not announced his retirement, and is talking of another fight in Cardiff.

        I'll bite.

        p4p lists are just opinions.

And the opinion of an idiot is worth nothing.

What were the last few HUGE fights that everyone has been talking about. What do people talk about on here.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME ANYONE GAVE A FU.CK ABOUT A FIGHTER WHO WAS AN AMERICAN!!!?? hahaha.

        Shane Mosely. Thats it.

Everyone else is Russian, Ukranian, British, Mexican, Puerto Rican THEN American. haha

          Ring magazine top 10 p4p:

          1. Manny Pacquiao

          2. Juan Manuel Marquez

          3. Joe Calzaghe

          4. Bernard Hopkins

          5. Israel Vazquez

          6. Shane Mosley

          7. Rafael Marquez

          8. Ivan Calderon

          9. Ricky Hatton

          10. Celestino Caballero

          http://www.thering-online.com/ratings/

The list is quite weird in my opinion but it has usually been the most respected.

"British" technically refers to anyone English, Welsh, or Scottish, i.e. a resident of Great Britain. The way you use it is as if you believe it means "English"

No fight is signed...so he's officially retired right now...just like Mayweather...

Hatton is not a P4P level fighter and is gonna Dominated...again.

              and Haye?...lol

So that means, Wlad is retired, haye is retired, Froch is retired, taylor is retired. Since they havn't got a fight signed.

                Etc etc.

                Mayweather ANNOUNCED his retirement.

                Calzaghe DIDN'T

Well according to Ring Magazine, there are two US fighters in the top 10, Hopkins and Mosley, and two British boxers, Calzaghe and Hatton. Considering the United Kingdom is quite a bit smaller than the US, I'd say that shts all over the point you were trying to make.

And lol at you trying to include Mayweather, who hasn't fought since 2007, in any kind of active list. What year is it again?

Hatton and Calzaghe are Top P4ps.

Calzaghe is inactive, way different than retired. Floyd is retired, he said he wont comeback, Joe is inactive, he sai he is contemplaning either retiring or 1 last fight in Cardiff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
