Theres a significant chance he won't.

I think he will, Ricky is very poor against Southpaws, but some of the KO predictions are very much wishful thinking and 2+2=17 type conclusions.

Manny Pacquiao has won his last 3 fights. Added to his already impressive resume are 2009 wins over Hatton, Mayweather and Cotto.

He is in a press conference announcing his retirement.

With this scenario, in your opinion, is he the Fighter of the Decade?

I don't know why beating Cotto would matter if he won the first two. Hell, you could put any name there. He could fight Jinky if he won those two. FOTD if he beat Hatton AND May? Is that a joke or do you just want the captain obvious answer? Not only would he be the FOTD, he'd blow past every fighter since a prime Duran as the best of the last forty or fifty years. Hell, he might even get past Duran.
