        Shane UD12.
If he keeps his fast hands, his left jabs, and his good combinations.

i dont know who would win. it's way too close to call, but if i was to bet, i'd have to go with floyd. i think mosley still has a very good chance at winning though.

I'm suprised more people haven't picked floyd by sd. I think this fight is very similar to Floyd vs DLH

Too bad Shane didn't get the nod against Cotto, as Floyd had promised to fight him if he did and the match would've taken place a year ago. Now it'll depend on if Shane gets old overnight, or doesn't come in sharp like against Mayorga, and how much the year and a half or so layoff has affected Mayweather. Floyd will be the favorite of course, but I wouldn't bet my house on it.

lol at Flawless voting Floyd by TKO, typical.

I'm talking about post Mosley-Margarito. Not prior to. Ultimately, Mosley has always had a better defense than Margarito. And as we've seen he's always had a better chin. Look at Mosley-Cotto and you'll see what I'm talking about. Mosley just would not go down with the shots Cotto was landing from the 1st to the 6th round. The same can be said for Margarito in the Cotto fight but Margarito's defense is awful. He doesn't block punches and instead relies on his chin to keep him standing. Mosley can block a punch better than Marg...

All I'm saying is don't apply a double standard. The diegofuego guy said that if you get hit, you go down and it's as simple as that when he quoted someone who said that Mosley would not get KO'd. And I'm saying that if you assume that Mosley can get KO'd by Mayweather than you should also assume that Mayweather can lose by a KO to Shane considering Shane has more power than Floyd...also considering Mosley beat a prime DLH in their first fight without much trouble whereas Mayweather had a bit more trouble and did not impress us against DLH when DLH was much older and past his prime...

Thats a very, very difficult fight to call.
Id love to see this fight, but IF Mayweather does come back it should be for an undisputed champ. Mosley beating Tony was impressive, but there needs to be a series of rematches to see who the real top Welter is.

Mosley is in better shape and is much more skillful now then was De La Hoya against Mayweather. So I believe his point his valid. If Mosley looks better now than DLH did against Mayweather and DLH lost only by SD, then why would Mosley do any less? Just curious
