Honestly, all depends. I'll admit that Shane looked GREAT against Margarito and if that Shane showed up then Mayweather would struggle. That looked like a 30 year old Shane. Mayweather would need to watch out for the left hook cuz Shane would fake a jab and then hook.

You're throwing all your marbles into the Margarito fight, a human punching bag, now contrast that with one of the best defences in boxing history.

Just one fight prior, you had Mosley struggle with Mayorga for 12 rounds while Oscar sensationally KO'd him in 6 just before his fight with Mayweather.

I really don't see how you came to that conclusion.

I'm not putting all my marbles on Margarito. The post you quoted me in did not have the word "Antonio Margarito" in it at all. It dealt with De La Hoya and the fashion in which both Mosley and Mayweather beat him. And as I've said, I've had Mosley winning this match-up for quite some time. If I find the link to where I posted my opinions on how Mosley would win a long time back I'll post it as evidence of this.

As I've said I would provide a link, here it is. Note this is from last April of '08 when I already had Mosley beating Mayweather in a welterweight fight. See post #128.

Furthermore, to say I'm only taking Mosley to win a bout over Mayweather based on the Margarito fight is dishonest and false. The Margarito fight only adds to Mosley's impressive resume beating someone that Mayweather refused to fight...
