I aint on his **** or nothing but I want to know who can beat him. First everyone thought it was Cotto until he was dominated. Then it was his vanquisher, Margarito who could air out the p4p champ. And we know what happened to him on Saturday. And for those still hoping that Margarito can get it done I have an observation for you. You have to admit that Cotto was perplexing Magarito with his technique for the first few rounds. So just imagine how Mayweather's superior boxing skill would destroy Margarito...

Mayweather sits back in retirement while all real Welterweights fight eachother beating one another with different types of skillsets and physical advantages and people just assume Mayweather would beat all of them because they are beating eachother? Mosley won that fight by fighting a brilliant fight that included muscling Margarito and at times throwing him. PBF would not be able to replicate that same physical aspect of the fight. Mosley is a bigger WW than people realize. Who knows. Margarito may have been able to beat PBF. We won't know unless PBF fights some WWs.

Right, but what Cotto lacked in slickness which Mayweather has. He made up for in serious power punches he was landing on Margarito. So as a result it's difficult to say Cotto was outboxing so as a result the better boxer in mayweather would have finished what Cotto started. The reason being, a large portion of Cotto's sucess in addition to his outboxing Marg was the bombs he was landing. Bombs that Mayweather may or may not have been able to land.

This is your thread, and you put IMO at the end.. I will cosign it! But really, for me I don't know who wins the fight. Roger would be in the dressing room harassing Margs during the handwrapping session though.

These 3 guys....

Im not going to claim that these guys would beat floyd but they would be the 3 toughest fights for him.. 1..Pacqiao...his foot and hand speed can match floyd and he has powr. 2..Williams....he is a monster of a w.w. And he is getting better with every fight. 3..Cotto....besides the margo fight cotto displays the best body punching ive seen in a long time...even emanuel stewart and sugr ray leonard said his body work is comparable to a young roberto duran...thats perfect for floyds philly style defense where he rolls his body and leaves his ribs wide open
