few reasons for that
#1 A cotto/ Mosley fight is much better for business.
#2. Cotto now will not gain anything fighting a person who lost his belt.
#3 i beleive this situation about this illegal behavior will cloud the selling of tickets for the event.
#4people will look at a fight with Margarito as a way for Margarito to be back is he beat Cotto again, and i do not beleive cotto team will use cotto as a steping stone for margarito.
i wish i can find a positive ground for this fight to happend, but as you see everything is negative i mean in my opinion
About the only positive thing left for making the rematch is the opportunity for Cotto to avenge his defeat.
One thing for sure, Margarito needs to take a really good rest right now. Then come back for a tune up before he decides to step in there with another top WW. But definitely get that controversy with his hands cleared up.
