Margarito Eyes Cotto Rematch, Mosley Wrongdoing Denied

No, but most of the ones talking **** are Puerto Ricans.
It is beyond how some people justify Trinidad's wraps as being lesser form of cheating.
If its illegal it's f*ing cheating.
So are illegal substances and plastered hands, get it through your thick heads and stop being hypocrites!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also some not all cotto fans want their man to fight Mosley, and I'm wondering, let's say Mosley wins, are they going to condone Mosley that he used illegal substances one time, are they going to question it, or will they keep their mouths shut?
Just a thought.Comment

Damn I know you had hatred for Margarito, but your hatred goes far beyond that. You taking it to another level, buddy. If you are going to talk about history- Cheating in boxing Mosley, Trinidad , Margarito ( Pending the results ) names will be there. I know you are puerto rican because I have seen your other posts. The past don't lie. Trinidad try to cheat and then Hopkins knocked his ass out. When he was found a cheater I know puerto ricans and boxing fans still stayed loyal to Trinidad's side. Just like me. I'm a big Margarito and I will stay loyal to Margarito's side, yeah because he's Mexican, but for the most part because he's a warrior. The investigation is still pending, and if he's guilty then he will be punished and will have to live with that shame for the rest of his life. Don't mean I'm going to stop showing love for the guy.Comment

Controversy is Controversy
It was a controversy nonetheless. They made Trinidad wrap his hands three times just like they made Margarito wrap his hands three times. I'm not saying that everything they said about Trinidad ( For example it was said that there were excessive layers of gauge/ tape-and also the wrappings were being wet- so when dried would be rock solid- It was like having brassed knuckles ) is the truth, however he was obviously doing something against the rules (illegal) in the way his hands were being wrapped. My point is that no matter what, they were both doing something illegal ( Trinidad, Margarito ) or else they wouldn't have had to have their hands wrapped three times. Hence, controversy. No matter how you slice it. People can't get it twisted though. You can't try to blemish what Trinidad did in his career before the incident just like you can't blemish Margarito's career before the incident. Also the investigation is still pending. Let's wait and see the results.Last edited by aztecadq; 01-26-2009, 06:34 PM.Comment
