if you think that margarito brings in more fans than cotto then i'm corcerned for your IQ.

I am concerned about YOUR IQ for spelling concerned wrong when your insulting someone else's intelligence, and the truth is when they had the fight in Vegas, Marg brought in more fans because of the mexican/american population in the southwest, if they fight near new york or PR, Cotto will bring in more,

AND 2 ALL U COTTO STANS, Cotto does have some skill i will give him that, but in my opinion his chin is very weak, hes been stunned in everyone of his big fights(mosley,judah,marg, torres) and he is gonna run into some other big welters who know how to finish him off, Cotto wouldn't have lasted 5 rounds with Trinidad IMO, and this is coming from someone who loves puerto rico and lives here, but is not biased like so many of you are

Speaking with Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports, he never gave a detailed reason, but said Margarito was making it impossible to target the body.

Margarito apparently was able to nullify Cotto's body work.

Cotto is 5'7" with a 67" reach.

Mosley is 5'9" with a 74" reach.

Cotto beat Mosley in a close but clear fight Without cheating. He defo won.

I hope Marg gets a CRAZY Fine that bankrupts him then gets the Cotto Rematch just so i could See Miguel KO that *****! And he would!

Tony deserves a ban but i think avenging his loss would be good for Cotto

Steve Kim of MaxBoxing broke out a story on Trinidad's Illegal Hand wrapping. It was claimed that boxing experts and boxing trainers believed that the way Trinidad's hands were wrapped gave the boxer the equivalent of brass knuckles. What Trinidad's camp was supposedly doing was wrapping Trinidad’s hands with four to five layers of gauze and tape. Also, it was said that the wrappings were also being wrongfully folded and dipped into water- when dry became rock solid. Trinidad also had to rewrap his hands three times. Don't know if any of this is true. The fact is Trinidad was 40-0 before he fought Hopkins ( which was the fight when the illegal wrapping was brought to light). After Hopkins, Trinidad was 2-3,

They didn't need to try and ***** about the SSM incident. It was caught. It's provin they ain't done it before that's the problem. And Marg didn't do enuf in the SSM fight to demand an immediate rematch. He should concentrate on beatin Cotto first and go from there.

Well we still have to wait and see the results of the investigation. It's funny how all these haters and naive boxing fans are jumping to many conclusions when the investigation hasn't even been finished. I think alot of people are still just upset about the Margarito vs Cotto fight. You are right though, nothing has been brought to light until now. This is a controversary and the truth remains to be seen. I don't think Margarito vs Cotto II will happen this summer. Plus I think Margarito needs a tune up to get his confidence and rythm going again. Just like Cotto needed a tune up ( Jennings ) after his brutal defeat against Margarito.
